1. Returns
Eligibility: You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Tags/labels are intact.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable groceries (e.g., fresh food, dairy, flowers).
- Opened items.
- Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, or subscription boxes.
- All international orders are final, there will be no returns/refunds for those.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days by email to request a return.
- If approved, we’ll email a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Ship items back within 7 days of approval.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or missing return documentation will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing times may vary.
- Deductions: Shipping costs are deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report Immediately

Damaged/Defective Items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging (from all sides).
- Photos of the damaged product (inside and outside packaging).
- A close-up of the shipping label.
- Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
Important: Do not discard damaged items! We may require the product returned for inspection.
4. Shipping Issues
- Refused Orders: A full refund (minus shipping fees) is issued if the order is refused.
- Incorrect Address: You’re responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders.
- Undeliverable Packages: Refund excludes shipping costs. Perishables may not be reshipped due to shelf-life constraints.
5. Product-Specific Policies
Shelf Life
- All groceries are guaranteed at least 6 months of shelf life unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Need a longer shelf life? Contact us before ordering.
Best By Dates
- "Best By" dates reflect quality, not safety. Products past this date may be discounted, but are safe to use.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to:
- Return the original item using our return process.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
7. International Orders
We aim to provide clarity and fairness for our global customers. By placing an international order (any order outside the United States), you agree to the following:
- Final Sale: All international orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Review your order details (size, product, address) carefully before purchasing.
- Shipping & Tracking: Wherever available, we provide tracking information, but we are not liable for transit delays, damages, or losses. Customers must resolve shipping issues directly with the carrier and document damages immediately upon delivery.
- Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or import charges. These are determined by your local government and are not included in product or shipping costs.
- Liability: We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier errors, local regulations, or additional fees. Non-payment of duties may result in abandoned packages.
- Exceptions: Contact us within 7 days if we shipped an incorrect item, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
